Data Deletion Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This Data Deletion Policy explains how authorized JobFlow users may request deletion, deactivation, or correction of personal data associated with the JobFlow production management system.
What Can Be Deleted
Personal account information may be deleted, anonymized, or deactivated when it is no longer required for business operations, security, legal, audit, or compliance purposes.
Production records, job cards, workflow timestamps, comments, requests, reports, and audit history may need to be retained to preserve factory records and operational accountability.
How To Request Deletion
- Contact the JobFlow administrator or Passion Prints management team with your name, username, role, facility, and the data you want deleted.
- The administrator may verify your identity and authority before processing the request.
- Approved requests are reviewed against operational, legal, accounting, audit, security, and production record obligations.
- Where deletion is permitted, the data will be deleted, anonymized, or deactivated within a reasonable period.
Exceptions
JobFlow may retain information when required to complete active production work, protect against fraud or unauthorized access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, or preserve business records.
Backups
Deleted information may remain in encrypted or restricted backups until those backups expire or are overwritten according to normal retention schedules.
Contact
To submit a deletion request, contact the JobFlow administrator or Passion Prints management team responsible for this system.
