These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the JobFlow production management website and mobile application by authorized users.
Authorized Use
JobFlow is provided for authorized Passion Prints production, supervisory, and management workflows. Users may access the system only with approved credentials and only for legitimate business purposes.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, entering accurate production information, following assigned approval processes, and reporting mistakes, security concerns, or unauthorized access promptly.
Production Records
Job cards, comments, requests, timestamps, reports, and workflow updates may become business records. Users should not enter false, misleading, offensive, confidential third-party, or unauthorized information.
Availability
JobFlow is maintained for operational use, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network issues, hosting incidents, or other disruptions may affect access.
Security
Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, access data outside their role, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the application, or use JobFlow in a way that harms the business or other users.
Intellectual Property
The JobFlow application, design, software, workflows, and documentation are owned by or licensed to the business operating the system. Users receive only the access needed to perform authorized work.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as JobFlow evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means the user accepts the updated Terms.
